From the wise and conscientious vinification in a blend of 60% Falanghina and 40% Biancolella grapes. The origin of the valuable vines is that of the area of Furore and neighboring municipalities, Amalfi Coast. The harvest develops in the first decade of October Manual harvest management. Vinification follows with the grapes harvested manually arrive in the cellar intact, after destemming and crushing are subjected to soft pressing. The flower must, after cold static clarification and inoculum of selected yeasts, ferments at the temperature of about 15 sanguine for about 20/30 days. Parking for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics of this Campania wine
The appearance of the wine has an intense straw yellow color to the glass, with elegant golden reflections. The aroma, expressed with floral tones of hawthorn and citrus flavors are followed by salty and mineral puffs, and hints of hazelnut and almond. The taste has ample freshness and minerality return to the palate, which is balanced and of long persistence.
