For this label of Franciacorta the grape used in blend for its vinification is that of Chardonnay for 90% and that of Pinot Blanc for 10%. The harvest includes the selection of grapes in the vineyard and the immediate transport by hand from the second week of August. Vinification after soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The base wines from the different vineyards are vinified separately and then expertly assembled to create the cuvée. Aging on the lees in bottle for a minimum period of 18 months in cellars at a constant temperature of 12-15°C.
