Pachino “Eloro” RISERVA DOC is one of the best wines from Sicily.
This bottle has a great ageing potential.
Characteristics of Pachino DOC
Soft and elegant in taste it’s able to release a multitude of scents which remind of the main fruits cultivated in Sicily region. It displays a lively red colour with veins due to its long ageing.
Recommended pairings while tasting this red wine
It should be served at a temperature of 18°C in a wide crystal glass. A decantation of 2 hours before serving is suggested, to enhance its qualities.
