From the vinification of the grapes in blend of 60% Falanghina and 40% Biancolella. The origin is the classic one within which the refined company operates. In the territory of Cetara and Raito in the hamlet of Vietri Sul Mare on the Amalfi Coast. The vinification takes place in steel, is followed with care and attention by the Marisa Cuomo winery and also the subsequent aging takes place in steel for a few months.
Characteristics of this Campania wine
On the organoleptic examination the wine appears light golden yellow and shiny. The bouquet has scents of white fruit, small white flowers and aromatic herbs. The taste on the palate, the sip is fresh, clean and taut, supported by a remarkable mineral texture. A spontaneous and infinitely pleasant wine.
