Description du vin
Sondraia Bolgheri DOC Superiore is a Tuscany red wine produced in the Poggio al Tesoro vineyards located in the well-known and famous Boldegherese land in the Livorno area. This wine is the rappresentation of the “Bolgherese style” created by the assembling of international grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot e Cabernet Franc and it has a refinement process in French oak barrels for 18 months.
The Characteristics of the Sondraia Bolgheri wine
It has an intense ruby red color. The scent is fruity with some little red fruit and beet tops aromas. The taste is soft and velvety with a spicy and tannic aftertaste.
Suggestions for the Sondraia Bolgheri wine
It has to be served in wide wine glasses at 16-18°C. It is perfect to be drunk with grilled meat, most of all the Chianina, roast meat and spare rib.
