PAOLOLEO
Founded in 1989, the Paololeo winery is located in San Donaci, in the province of Brindisi. Born from a project by Paolo Leo, driven by his love for the territory and the land, the winery produces wines that symbolise the territory itself, thanks to the native Apulian grape varieties: Negroamaro, Primitivo, Malvasia Bianca and Malvasia Nera. The land on which the winery's vineyards are planted is mainly clayey-calcareous, and the grapes are nurtured by the mild climate of Salento. The Paololeo winery has always operated with full respect for the environment and its territory, and its production is based on a commitment to environmental, social and economic sustainability.
