Weinbeschreibung
The Vermentino is the vineyard most famous and characteristic wine of the Sardinia and a typical example is the "Ligeja" Vermentino of Sardinia DOC which is a dry white wine of the Agricultural company located in Martis in Sassari territory. It is produced with Vermentino grapes in Purity late picked.
Characteristics of Vermentino di Sardegna DOC
Esthetically it has a gold and bright straw yellow. The scent is rich, complex and satisfying. The taste is warm ad enveloping with a great persistence.
Recommended pairings whila tasting this white wine from Sardinia
It has to be served in champagne flute glasses at 10-12°C. It is ideal to be drunk with fish first and second courses, with fried fish and fish spaghetti and in general many sea courses.
