From the vinification of Glera grapes for a minimum of 85%. The origin for this Cartizze from the Bisol winery is restricted to the 107 hectares of vineyards that wind up on a steep ridge, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level and enjoy wonderful sun exposure as well as constant protection from cold currents. The harvest takes place in early October and involves manual harvesting of the vines.
