Wine description
Susumaniello Rosato "Antieri" di Schola Sarmenti is produced with 100% Susumaniello autochthonous grapes. The harvest, strictly manual, is done in the first ten days of September; fermentation in steel and aging in glass for 4 months before being sold.
Characteristics of this rosé wine
Light pink wine with hints of red berries and wild flowers. The mouthfeel is fresh, savory and mineral, with a nice persistence.
Recommended pairings tasting this rosé wine
Excellent with traditional Apulian dishes, or with fish dishes also structured. Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC in a not very large glass.
