Wine description
This red wine from Brigl Winery comes from vineyards located at an altitude of 300-450 m usl, more precisely on the Oltradige hills. Following the manual harvest, the grapes are de-stemmed and ferment for a period of 8-10 days in steel; Malolactic fermentation follows and aging takes place partly in oak barrels and partly in steel.
Characteristics of this Trentino wine
The organoleptic examination shows a ruby red color and olfactory notes reminiscent of red berried fruits. On the palate, however, it is pleasantly fruity, with a slight almond aftertaste.

Excellent with the typical dishes of the Tyrolean tradition based on speck, cold cuts and meat. Also excellent with white meats and sweet cheese. Serve at a temperature of 13-14 ° C in a medium-opening glass.
