This Rosso Di Montalcino from the Tenuta di Collosorbo Winery is produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes. After the manual harvest, the grapes after being carefully selected ferment at a controlled temperature by macerating on the skins; subsequently they are transferred for 12 months in large oak barrels for aging, and then they are bottled for at least 6 months.
