This Brunello di Montalcino Riserva from the Tuscan winery Tenuta di Collosorbo is produced according to the regulations with 100% Sangiovese grapes wisely selected and hand-picked in the plots of the best company vineyards: it is produced exclusively in the best vintages, following a careful selection of the best berries. After the harvest, the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature by macerating on the skins; subsequently the must obtained is transferred for 4 years in large oak barrels and then continued in the bottle for 12 months.
Characteristics of this Tuscan wine
At the organoleptic examination this wine shows a ruby red color tending to garnet; on the nose aromas of ripe fruit appear to finish on the spicy tones of leather. In the mouth it is robust, warm, with a long persistence.
