This Champagne from the Maison Delamotte comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes blended with an additional 10% of reserve wines. The grapes come from the Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize and Cramant vineyards in the heart of the French Champagne region. The vinification takes place in vats and the refinement on strips requires a duration of 4-5 years.
Characteristics of this French Champagne
The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory notes recall fruity elements and bread crusts. On the palate it has a strong mineral component.

Try it in combination with fish-based dishes such as tartare, sushi or grilled fish. Serve at a temperature of 8°C in the characteristic balloon flute, in order to concentrate the aromas to the maximum and favor the perlage.
