Rosato "LE DUE ARBIE" BIO DIEVOLE

A Rosé that represents the union between tradition and innovation. It praises the denomination Toscana IGT and It composed by 100% Sangiovese. The lands composed mainly by clay, marls and limestone. The vineyards have a south, south-west exposition and are trained with spur pruned cordon. 5000 stumps per hectare, that are around 10-15 years old, give 70 quintals grapes. Toscana Rosé IGT “Le Due Arbie” 2016 is not only a wine, it is like the breeze of a summer night, the freshness that goes out from the lands and transforms the air. This wine astonishes for its colour and for the harmony between grapefruit and white peach. With its delicacy it is able to accompany starters, lunches and dinners.

Salmon pink colour. Its perfume is fruity, aromatic, with hints that recall peach and citrus fruits. The taste is fresh, balanced and pleasant.  

Recommended food pairings while tasting this Rosé wine

Excellent with appetizers, vegetables, white meats. It has to be served at 12°C in a high, wide wine glass that allows the concentration of the scents.
