Prosecco Superiore Asolo Brut "AKELUM" DOCG ANDREOLA

The "Akelum" is a fresh, fragrant and lively Prosecco Asolo Brut, obtained by refermentation in autoclave according to the Charmat-Martinotti method of Glera grapes. In the processing of this product of Andreola winery during fermentation the must is in contact for 3 months on the yeasts, after which the processing and bottling takes place. This prosecco is born on the hills, precisely on the Rocca d'Asolo, a clay soil with a sandstone subsoil.

Characteristics of this Prosecco Asolo Brut

The glass has a pale greenish yellow color with bright reflections and a fine perlage. Floral scents, hints of pear and citrus nuances. The same sensations are found with consistency on the palate, accompanied by a very fresh and saline finish.

Ideal at the beginning of the meal, during the aperitif and also throughout the meal combined with delicate recipes or fish. The ideal serving temperature is 6-8°C.
