The Passerina DOP wine belongs to the prestigious line of the Casal Thaulero winery: this line took its name by the Duque Giovanni Thaulero one of the first farmers in the wine cultivation in Abruzzo. This tradition dates back to the 18° century and it wants to let spread the real essence of the Abruzzo tradition. The vine used is the Passerina an ancient local vine of the middle-Adriatic area. The production area is the DOP Abruzzo.

It has a bright straw yellow color with aural reflections very thin and bright. The smell is delicate and complex with white flowers, peach and cedar aromas. The taste is fresh and fragrant with a persistent and surprising aroma.
