Morellino di Scansano DOCG BIO Le Lupinaie

The Morellino di Scansano DOCG BIO, is a Tuscany red wine produced by the Le Lupinaie company located in the core of the Maremma Toscana. The grapes are 100% Sangiovese coming from the district of the DOCG of the Morellino of Scansano. The wine making is in steel tanks with short and frequent pumping over to keep fresh the fragrant aromas typical of this wine. After the fermentation it takes place  the refinement in steel and finally in the bottle.

Characteristics of the Morellino di Scansano Biologic

Esthetically it has a ruby red color full of purple reflections. The scent is fruity with some red fruit and cherry aromas. The taste is soft and full with the perfumes that reminds the taste.

Recomended pairing while tasting this red wine from Tuscany

It has to be served in medium wide wine glasses at 18-20°C. It is great to be drunk with all the courses especially mains flavored dishes and spicy second courses.
