Montecucco Rosso DOC is an organic wine from Tuscany region. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature. Before the release on the market, the wine is refined in bottle for 6 months. Grapes are cultivated following the organic method: no chemical fertilizer is used to produce this wine.
Characteristics of Montecucco Rosso
It presents an intense ruby red colour. Its bouquet reminds of mint and mixed berries. The taste of this s wine reveals the characteristic of its territory: the chalky soils confers powerful tannins and the vineyards altitude generate the right tone of acidity.
