This product is formed by 1,5 Liters Magnum and is sold in silkscreened Case.



The grapes of Nebbiolo Chiavennasca, for the vinification of this sensational Valtellina Superiore Sassella DOCG are used in absolute purity, as imposed by the strict disciplinary. The origin of the grapes falls in the province of Sondrio. The vinification involves the maceration on the skins for 12 - 15 days in 130-hectoliter stainless steel fermenters with automatic fullers. Three delestage at controlled temperature of 27 º C. Finally, the wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

The wine has an aspect of ruby red tending to garnet. The aroma is broad and expresses the characteristic hints of small fruits such as raspberry, but also violet and rose hips. The taste on the palate is dry, austere, properly tannic, robust, with typical hints of hazelnut and prunes.

Suggested pairings tasting this product of Triacca winery

An excellent wine with bresaola, traditional local pasta dishes such as Pizzoccheri, white meats and young cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 14 º C.
