Traditional but at the same time with a modern style and with a distinctive character, the Lambrusco Ottocentonero of the Albinea Canali Emilian Winery comes from Lambrusco Salamino grapes, Lambrusco Grasparossa and Lancellotta come from the vineyards of the most suitable areas of the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena: it is in fact a particularly favorable context for the vineyards, which enjoy a good exposure to the sun and gravelly soils.
Characteristics of this dry sparkling Lambrusco
With a dark ruby color with violet reflections, this Lambrusco is characterized by an enveloping scent reminiscent of blackberries and wild strawberries. The palate is fresh, fruity and with a moderate tannic texture.
Suggested food pairings with this Emilian red wine
Serve at a temperature of 12-14 ºC; particularly suitable with the typical dishes of Emilia Romagna: lasagne, fresh pasta, tortelli. Excellent with meat dishes.
