Quor 2910, Franciacorta by La Montina winery, spent 2910 days on the lees, under the watchful eye of the company’s experts. The end result is a Franciacorta Extra Brut with an enveloping structure and complexity. Born in the best vineyards and from the delicate pressing of the grapes through the only Vertical Press Marmonier. The vines used for its vinification are those of Chardonnay for 65% of the Blend, to which is added that of Pinot Noir for 35%. The aging of the wine develops in bottle for at least 95 months on the lees.

The appearance of this sensational sparkling wine from Franciacorta has an intense golden yellow color. The nose has very complex notes of ripe tropical fruit, citrus and unmistakable spicy notes of vanilla. The taste on the palate is expressed with great maturity and savory at the same time, with perceptible balance between taste and smell.

This sensational sparkling wine is perfect in combination with lasagne provola and speck, but also with a sea bass in foil. The optimal serving temperature is 6ºC in a high and tapered glass.
