The Franciacorta Brut "Cru Perdu Millesimato" is made by Castello Bonomi only in particular vintages. The grapes, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, are softly pressed and then fermented in steel. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the wine remains in contact with its yeasts for 84 months. At the end of the ripening process, disgorgement, dosage and bottling are carried out.
Franciacorta Brut Millesimato "Cruperdu Grande Annata" DOCG's features
The glass shows a straw yellow color; perlage is characterized by a fine grain and a long persistence. The bouquet of aromas of white flowers and citrus alternate with slightly spicy and balsamic sensations. In the mouth it is excellent in structure, wide and charming, with a sip perfectly balanced, distinguished by an aromatic and savory taste.
