This lively Franciacorta Brut Cuveé Basic wine is produced by 100% Chardonnay grapes by the San Pietro farm and it is perfect to be drunk during the most amazing party situation. The cultivation soil is moraine and the manual picking has a profit of 10000 kg per hectare which means 6500 liters of wine. The grapes arrive in the cellar after maximum two hours from the picking and it takes place the soft pressing with a static decantation in steel for 18-24 hours. It follows the fermentation under temperature control in steel tanks with selected yeasts. After some pouring the wine is stabilized with a light clarification and filtration with a final cold stabilization. At spring time the Cuvée is created. The permanence on the fine yeasts is at least 30 months and it has 7 grams of sugar per liter.
Characteristics of the Franciacorta Brut Cuvee
It has a straw yellow color with a soft foam and a fine and persistent perlage. The smell is soft and light with some wood, bread crust, almond and light citron aromas. The taste has almond aromas with a very persistent end.

This wine is perfect with the appetizer, crustacean, sea starters and of course at the end of the meal. It must be served at 10°C in a high and tapered wine glass.
