Etna Bianco DOC Superiore Contrada Villagrande is a wine made with Carricante grapes at 90% and other native vines at 10%, grown in the vineyards of Milo Contrada Villagrande, in Sicily, 700 meters above sea level. After the manual harvest, the wine is fermented and then aged in oak barrels of 500 liters for 12 months. The wine is then bottled and aged in glass for a year.
