This bottle is sold in silkscreen printed Box.
“Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Vigneto Bellavista” is produced with grapes coming from the district of Gaiole in Chianti, Tuscany. It is produced by Castello di Ama with Malvasia Nera and Sangiovese, manually selected in September. The fermentation, joined to 26 days maceration, is managed in steel containers at controlled temperature. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 15 months in new or used barriques made of Allier oak. This wine is composed by 82% Sangiovese and 18% Malvasia Nera.

The organoleptic exam shows an intense ruby red colour full of purple shades. Its perfume is fruity and recalls mature plums, marmalade enriched by hints of spices, coffee and toasting. The taste develops with delicacy: it starts refined and elegant to demonstrate after a while its enchanting style, its freshness and its long persistence.
