The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is a Tuscany red wine of great character with an international reputation. The grapes is 100% Sangiovese which in Montalcino are called Brunello. The grape harvest is by hand, follows the destemming of the bunches and grapes and finally the fermentation takes place without additional yeast. The refinement is in oak barrel for 42 months. Then, at least, 6 months in bottle.
