Produced with pure Sangiovese grapes, this one Brunello di Montalcino of the Tuscan winery La Fornace comes from vineyards located at an altitude of 400 m above sea level, exposed to the north-east. Following the manual harvest which leads to the collection of top quality bunches, we proceed with the phases of soft destemming and selection of the grapes. It continues with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel. The refinement requires a stay in 10 hl and 32 hl Slavonian oak barrels for a total duration of 36 months.
