The Brunello di Montalcino "Vigna la Casa" by Stubborn it is obtained, as per the disciplinary, with 100% Sangiovese grapes coming from only one vineyard adjacent to the company; Caparzo is one of the first a Montalcino to produce a "cru" in 1977. After the strictly manual harvest, it ferments on the skins at a controlled temperature for about ten days, and then goes into large barrels for 3 years; complete the refinement with at least 6 months in the bottle.
Characteristics of this Brunello di Montalcino
Ruby red wine tending towards garnet; On the nose there are hints of small red fruits that end up with tones of tobacco and noble woods.On the palate it has a good structure, harmonious and with good persistence.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Tuscan wine
Excellent with all meat dishes both stewed and roasted and grilled. To be served at a temperature of 16-18°C in a large wine glass.
