From the vinification in purity of selected grapes, coming from the 100% pure Fiano vine. The origin of the vines falls within the company limits in the territory of Barile, in Basilicata; here the soils, formed by the erosion of a lava flow, are very rich in minerals. After the harvest we proceed with careful vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. In stainless steel tanks with permanence on the fine lees and frequent bâtonnage.
Bianco Sophia BIO Basilisco’s features
A straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The scent has hints of freshly cut flowers, rose and fresh fruit. The taste on the palate is young, fresh and persuasive with enveloping aromatic notes. It is delicately spiced and fresh.
