The sparkling wine Millesimato DOC “Il fresco” of the Villa Sandi winery is produced with Glera grapes at 100% which are cultivated in the DOC Treviso area. The sparkling wine Millesimato DOC Il fresco born from the hisorical Prosecco areas in Veneto, the Valdobbiadene. The grapes used are the freshest, for this reason the name Il Fresco. After the soft pressing and a careful white making processa t 20°C, it starts the re-fermentation. The Prosecco DOC Il fresco is characteristic for keeping the typical vine fragrances. It is perfect for the appetizer but also with light starters, vegetables and fried food.
Characteristics of the Prosecco Millesimato Extra Dry Il Fresco
This wine of the Villa Sandi winery has a light straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The scent has a floral and fruity bouquet with golden apple aromas together with little mountain flowers hints. The taste is dry, soft and sapid with a fruity and aromatic aftertaste.
