Spumante "RUGRE" LA SCOLCA

A young sparkling wine produced by La Scolca. “Vino d’Annata” is typically characterized by the scents and the flavours of the must. Its low pressure makes him ideal with appetizers or with every type of meal. Its delicate aromas rich of flower ad fruits are surrounded by a dry structure, typical of a young wine that is at the same time rich and elegant. For the production we use 100% local white varieties that come from the hills around Rovereto di Gavi. This sparkling wine is produced between winter and spring with the typical curve close method (“Metodo Martinotti”), with a brief rest on yeasts. You can drink it in every moment of the year.

Features of sparkling wine Rugré

Light straw yellow colour. Its scent is fresh, delicate, faint, persistent. The taste is dry, full, harmonious.

Recommended food pairings while tasting this sparkling wine La Scolca

Perfect as happy hour or with light meals. Suggested also after dinner. It has to be served at 8 max 10°C in a high, tapered wine glass that developpes correctly its perlage.
