This rosé sparkling wine from Cantina Le Morette is made from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes grown in the vineyards of Lazise. This rosé cuvée is produced using indigenous grape varieties with a centuries-old tradition: thanks to the morainic soils and the mild climate, the grapes develop excellent organoleptic qualities, resulting in outstanding wines. Following the harvest in the first ten days of September, the grapes undergo vinification with a brief maceration on the skins until the correct colour intensity is achieved. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing on the lees. The second fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method, with refermentation in isobaric tanks.
Characteristics of this Bardolino Chiaretto Spumante Brut
It has a pale pink colour, very delicate. Equally delicate is the bouquet, with fruity notes of watermelon, yellow peach and small berries. The same fruity sensations return on the palate, with a savoury quality that enhances the sensation of freshness.
