This Sauvignon Blanc by Attems is produced with 100% Sauvignon grapes. The vineyards are cultivated in Collio, on the hills that surround Gorizia. The lands are located 130 meters above the sea level and their exposition is south, south-east and north, north east. The soils are characterized by marls and sands of Eocenic origins. 5500 stumps per hectare, trained with Guyot method. The vines are between 20 and 40 years old.
Features of the white wine Sauvignon Blanc DOC
The organoleptic exam shows a straw yellow colour full of green shades. Its perfume is characterized by vegetal sensations that turns to fruit after a while, recalling peach, banana and pineapple. The taste is structured, soft and savoury. Great and fresh final.

Perfect for happy hours, it can be served with white meat or grilled fish too. Excellent with sea bass, orata with potatoes and with main dishes dressed with cheese sauces. It has to be served at 10°C in a high, wide wine glass that helps the diffusion of the perfumes.
