Wine description

The Prosecco Rosé of the Cantina le Colture is born from the union between glera grapes grown in the vineyards owned by the company and Pinot noir grapes. The harvest takes place between the end of August and the beginning of September, following the pressing the two wines are assembled in an autoclave for the second fermentation and fermentation for at least 2 months.

Characteristics of this rosé wine from the Veneto region

At the organoleptic examination it shows a light antique pink color and a very fine perlage. On the nose, the olfactory profile is reminiscent of small red fruits, rose petals and sage. On the palate it is striking for its freshness and harmony, with a long persistence.

Tasting tips

Serve at a temperature of 5-7° C, particularly suitable in combination with land, sea or vegetable-based appetizers.
