Our Rosé expresses all the emotions of the summer in Sicily. Its colour recalls the sunset, while its fresh sensations of strawberry make him really easy-drinking. Enjoy your Planeta Rosé for happy hours with friends, with raw fish, fresh salads or even with fruits. It is a blend composed by 50% Nero d’ Avola and 50% Syrah. The wine-making is similar to the one of the whites: soft pressing and brief maceration, only 1-2 hours, to extract some colour. The juice, after decanting, is poured in inox tanks where the fermentation starts.
Features of the Rosè Sicilia DOC wine
Its delicate and elegant colour recalls the class of an “etoile”. Its perfume recalls flowers like hibiscus, rose and fruits like strawberries, blackberries and melon. Its taste is fresh and crunchy.
