Sensational Franciacorta DOCG from Lombardy , the result of the vinification of 100% Chardonnay grapes. The origin is the classic one of central Lombardy, in the heart of Franciacorta DOCG. The harvest involves selection and transport by hand from the second week of August. Vinification after soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16°C). During the secondary fermentation, the wine destined for Satèn is characterized by a lower addition of sugar in the liqueur de tirage compared to Brut; the result is greater delicacy and finesse of the foam.Bottle aging on the yeasts for a minimum period of 24 months in cellars at a constant temperature of 12-15°C.

Features of this Franciacorta Satén

Appearance, the wine has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma on the nose shows notes of citrus and sweet spices. The taste in the mouth and the hints of bread making envelop the sip with a softness that you won't forget.
