This bottle has been produced in a determinate number and there are only 2000 exemplars, is a Magnum of 1,5 Liters and it is sold in an elegant silk-screen printed Box.
This wine is made with 100% Pinot Bianco grapes. It comes from the Alto Adige and this spectacular kunst.stück is made with the grapes that come from Caldaro on 550 meters above the sea level. The sea marks are in the limestones in the soils and they can be tasted at the end of the tasting. The label has been projected with a nostalgic idea of the sea. With the 2014 grape harvest the Kellerei Kaltern-Caldaro started a new tradition. Every year of this wine is different with special characteristics of each producing year and they become only magnum bottles in a determined edition.

It has a bright and intense yellow color. The smell is fresh, elegant and delicate. There are aromas of white peach, herbs and a light steamed touch. The taste has a salty hint together with white pepper and Mediterranean tastes.
Suggested pairings with this CRU of the Caldaro winery
It is a meditation white wine but it is also very good with steamed or grilled fish. It is not good with strong and structured courses. It must be served at 10°C.
