Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC by Salvano winery is an Italian wine from Piedmont region. Grapes used to produce this wine come from DOC vineyards of the Langa Albese territory, in the region between Diano d'Alba, Alba, Castagnito and Guarene. Grapes are harvested between September and October. After the first fermentation, which occurs in stainless steel vessels at a temperature between 29-31°C, wine is aged in barriques for a year.
