Recommended food pairings while tasting this Barbera produced by Braida winery
This great wine is perfect with cold cuts, pasta, meat and delicate game. It has to be served at 8°C in a high, wide wine glass that allows the diffusion of the perfumes. If paired to the traditional winter preparations, it could be served at 18°C too.
