The grapes for the making of this label of La Montina come from vineyards located in soils of recent morainic origin, shallow soils with pebbles, particularly suitable for producing fresh berries with good acidity. The bunches harvested by hand in full of their organoleptic characteristics, followed the same procedure as the basic Franciacorta Brut with selection of the first fractions obtained from the pressing. The blend that makes it is made with 75% Chardonnay grapes and 25% Pinot Noir grapes. The aging of the wine develops in bottle for at least 24 months on the lees.
