Flamingo is the new release of one of the Franciacorta that made the history and that has contributed to the success of Monte Rossa, the P.R. Rosé Brut. From Franciacorta to the city that never sleeps, this wine represents the party, the life, the excess of Las Vegas joined to the class of Italy. 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir cultivated in the DOCG area of Franciacorta, between Bornato, Brescia, Cellatica, Erbusco, Monterotondo, Provaglio, Provezze, Cologne, Passirano, Adro. After a careful selection, the grapes are harvested manually and placed in wooden boxes. Soft pressing and selection of the best parts of the grapes. Each Cru is vinified separately. The fermentation is managed both in wood and in steel tanks. The aging lasts at least 24 months.
Features of this Franciacorta Rosè Wine
Ancient copper pink, with a faint and persistent perlage. Its scent is characterized by red fruits, violet and light spices. The taste is fresh, savoury, pleasant and persistent.

It is excellent for rich happy hours and with pasta. It has to be served at 6-8°C in a high, tapered wine glass.
