On organoleptic examination, it has a straw-yellow appearance, a soft foam and a fine and continuous perlage. The nose opens with delicate hints of honey, enriched by enveloping notes of yellow pulp and toasted fruit. The taste on the palate is full and savory, with a good sour verve.
