The Vermentino of the Casabianca farm is produced with Vermentino grapes cultivated in the Orbetello hills. There is a starting soft pressing of the berries, it follows a static clearing of the must in steel tanks and a fermentation under temperature control at 25°C. The production is about 6,5 tons per hectare.
Characteristics of this Vermentino wine
The Vermentino of the Casabianca farm made by 100% Vermentino grapes has a straw yellow color with clear green reflections in backlight which are very refined and elegant. The scent is intense with white fruit flavors such as apples and pears with some citrons fragrances too. The taste has a good structure, it is also sapid and balanced and quite persistent.
