Wine list | Rosato Igt |
This wine is the expression of the innovation of its winery. It has the denomination IGT and it is produced with 100% of Merlot grapes. After the fermentation phase Brancaia “Toscano Rosè IGT” rests in steel containers for three months on its yeasts. Elegant and fruity scents joined to a fresh and easy taste. It is perfect with light meals and for happy hour. The harvest is in the end of August and the wine making starts in steel containers with a temperature of 16° C in order not to heat too much the wort. This phase is followed by a brief period of aging that lasts three months where the wine rests on its yeasts. It is then bottled at the end of March.
