This Recioto wine from Cantina Coffele is born from the vineyards of the Classica hilly area located at 200-450 m above sea level near Castelcerino di Soave: the pure Garganega grapes are hand-picked between late September and early October and only the riper, healthier bunches are harvested. Once the harvest is over, the bunches are hung inside a fruit shop until March. This is followed by soft pressing to extract the noblest part of the must and finally maturation in barriques for twelve months.
Characteristics of this Recioto wine from Cantina Coffele
It has a very bright golden yellow color; the olfactory bouquet is warm, intense and with olfactory notes of apricots, persimmons, citrus and candied fruit. On the palate it is sweet, soft.
