From the vinification in Blend of grapes selected and raised within the Glera company limits in prevalence and the addition of Chardonnay. The origin is the classic one of Veneto. The hilly area in Valdobbiadene DOCG is the company area selected for the production of these grapes. Harvest is done exclusively by hand and in the box from the end of September to the first days of October. Vinification of whole grapes involves soft pressing and static racking of the musts for about eight hours. The sparkling process involves the use of the Martinotti or Charmat method.

A pale straw yellow color, bright and lively with abundant foam and fine and elegant perlage. The scent is that of the Trentino Golden, aromas are spicy. The taste is that of classic and dry sparkling wines of value, soft and with character.
