The "Akelum" is a fresh, fragrant and lively Prosecco Asolo Brut, obtained by refermentation in autoclave according to the Charmat-Martinotti method of Glera grapes. In the processing of this product of Andreola winery during fermentation the must is in contact for 3 months on the yeasts, after which the processing and bottling takes place. This prosecco is born on the hills, precisely on the Rocca d'Asolo, a clay soil with a sandstone subsoil.
Characteristics of this Prosecco Asolo Brut
The glass has a pale greenish yellow color with bright reflections and a fine perlage. Floral scents, hints of pear and citrus nuances. The same sensations are found with consistency on the palate, accompanied by a very fresh and saline finish.
