This Prosecco Millesimato Brut Rosé “Il Fresco” from Villa Sandi Winery is obtained from Glera grapes with the addition of a small percentage of Pinot Noir, vinified separately. After the harvest, the must passes into steel tanks where it remains until blending and the creation of the cuvée which remains at least 2 months always in steel on selected yeasts until bottling.
Description of this Prosecco Rosé
Upon organoleptic examination this Prosecco shows a bright pink color. The olfactory notes refer to red fruits and flowers, while on the palate it is soft and silky, balanced and with a fine and persistent bubble.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this sparkling wine
It is a very versatile and easy to pair wine: it is excellent both as an aperitif and with not very structured first courses. To be served at a temperature of 8-10°C in a tapered glass.
