This rosé wine from the Prunotto winery comes from the Langhe area, where the soils are particularly clayey and sandy. The manual harvest leads to the harvesting of the grapes in baskets, with subsequent de-stemming, crushing and maceration for 8 hours. With the soft pressing the alcoholic fermentation starts and then the permanence in steel for a few months is required. At last, bottling takes place.
