This 3 liter Jéroboam bottle is sold in a silk-screened wooden case.

For the production of this Franciacorta Brut, the Villa Crespia winery uses pure Chardonnay grapes, grown organically in the company vineyards owned by the Muratori family. The grapes harvested after the harvest are vinified in white and subjected to alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature; followed by maturation on the yeasts for 7/8 months and a final phase of refinement in the bottle for at least 18 months.

Characteristics of this Franciacorta Brut

Upon organoleptic examination it presents a straw yellow color and a persistent perlage. Notes of unripe fruit, rose, lime and herbs emerge on the nose. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and with the right acidity.

Recommended pairings with this Franciacorta Brut

Particularly suitable with aperitifs, raw fish dishes and vegetable dishes. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C in a tapered glass.
